COVID 19 Adaptations & Guest Protocol

Guest Requirements:

  • All guests are required to wear a mask upon entering the building and any time they are up and away from their table. Ex: Bathroom

  • By booking a reservation with us you agree that, to your knowledge, you or any member of your party have not come into contact with anyone with the virus and have experienced no symptoms of the virus within the past 14 days.

  • By booking, you also agree that if you or a guest you dined with experience symptoms within 14 days of your reservation you will inform us so we can take the necessary steps to protect our guests and staff.

  • For the time being, we will be reservation only for dine in service. Book via Resy or Day of bookings by phone. We are unable to seat parties greater than 6 at this time, this count does include babies and children.

  • Please strive to maintain a minimum of 6 feet in relation to other guests and staff while waiting to be seated and while moving through the restaurant space.

  • No mask. No Entry. No Exceptions. We love our guests and employees alike. We will follow a strict adherence to this rule.

  • All guests are encouraged to utilize our entry Hand Sanitizer Station upon being welcomed by our host team.

  • All reservations will have a 2 1/2 hour time frame for dining. This is a standard policy to ensure limited guest exposure to one another in an enclosed space.

  • We are currently including 20% gratuity on all dine in checks for parties of any size. We are confident our staff is providing excellent service to all guests and taking extra measures to keep everyone safe. If you feel this is not enough you are welcome to leave more. If you feel this is too generous please ask to speak with a manager.

Staff Requirements:

  • All staff required to wear masks and gloves at all times.

  • Staff Temperatures taken upon arrival.

  • No staff allowed to work if they have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 or have any symptoms.

  • Staff is to maintain proper social distancing with each other and limited contact time with guests while on the floor.

  • Staff are also required to wash their hands minimum of every 30 minutes.

Sanitation Measures Taken In Building

  • We will be providing one paper menu per table, it is single use and we are encouraging guests to utilize the QR code linking them to the menu on their phone.
  • All high contact surfaces such as doors, bathroom surfaces & screens will be sanitized every 30 minutes, there are check lists throughout the building to document this.

  • All tables will be extensively sanitized before and after each seating, this includes tables and chairs as well as any hard surface around them.

  • Hand Sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the building, these will be sanitized every 30 minutes as well.

  • There will be a personal sanitizer at each table.

No Contact Measures Taken In Building:

  • All tables are spaced 6ft+ apart, we will be strategically seating the restaurant to maximize space between tables.

  • Tables will be unset and glassware/silverware/napkins/plates will be provided once guests have sat.

  • We respectfully request you do not pay with cash at this time.

  • We are offering our Tasting Menu only for the time being.

  • Dishes will be delivered directly to your table.

  • As a service team, we are limiting our interactions with guests particularly in way of conversation. To remedy this, we will be providing digital content to bridge this gap in communication. We have printed menus with linked content to our in depth guest and employee COVID protocols, as well as detailed food and drink menus to accompany the meal.
